” Ah Lord God ! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:” Jeremiah 32:17 KJV
We sometimes look at the problems, test and trials in our life as too hard, something we cannot accomplish, something beyond our power, we often neglect getting ourselves in the mess by our choices. We often time neglect the voice and direction of truth and disregard wise counsel because we do not see the problem, if seemingly everyone else is doing it… what appears to be right, or fun, or attractive, or addictive that is? and then we justify or reason within ourselves that we too will not get hurt, in trouble and can be like everyone else.
We forget we are a set apart and a peculiar people. We forget we have been given a sound mind, we forget that we have been given the Comforter, and that the Holy Spirit teaches us all things according to the secrets and mysteries of heaven. We forget that the Holy Spirit will lead, guide and protect us from all danger and harm yet when we choose to go through He will be right beside us; walking before our light in dark places leading and JESUS Himself comes to hold us by His Hand through.
Whenever it seems that your problem is too big for your circumstance or that your head has swollen to larger than life proportions because of all the things you have done. Look up into the sky, take a moment and see the world around you. Look down at the lowly ants, look to the children playing, look towards the highways and see the traffic coming and going, look at the world and all the millions of lives, the sufferings, the busyness and see that you are a part of something greater but still somehow do not fit in. There is a reason. I imagine at times trying to see the world through the eyes of the prophets of old and find myself weeping for all that i do not know, all that i could never imagine and then all the hurt i see from people who are created by God but turn their hearts far from Him.
There is nothing too hard for God, He made heaven and earth, He created and placed all things according to His time and in His season.
