STOP WORRYING, START SEEKING
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” Matthew 6:33 & 34 KJV
we worry to much about making it earthly, always trying to please or be better than the next one. Drive the better, sleaker more expensive car, we shop for the most expensive clothing line for the artist and name of the designer, we spend hundreds of millions of dollars and would rather pay for someone to tell us how to eat right, how to excercise, how to condition our minds and bodies, how to look and lose weigth to fit in,to be accepted, we can party and dance all night allowing all kinds of people, with all kinds of spirits talk us into all kinds of things but refuse to fellowship with believers.
We do everything and anything but not seek after GOD. we make it seem like GOD and Church must make the social platform with all the bells and whistles, the church must be of certain size, it must have a certain choir, a certain song, with a certain lead singer, in a certain neighborhood, with a certain ministry team, preaching a certain style in a certain version of a BIBLE. Church has become a place of entertainment not spiritual discernment. We do not seek after GOD or spiritual gifts nor eternal life yet moreso who looking at whom, how many times the pastor preaches about tithes, what kind of car is being driven, is the church going to be on tv.
GOD is not pleased. We have stopped seeking after Him yet still try and demand HE provide and take care of us. We have turned away become so dependant on natural and forgotten about the spiritual. We want everything now, microwaved watered down versions that still allow us to sin and worship other gods. We procrastinate with our faith, with hope and with our belief nor do we truly answer the call…because you don’t recognize His call.
~ I remind you, stop worrying and start seeking~
GOD is not pleased
For the few who remain, for the ones of diligence, for the ones by the tree, for the ones who have picked up when GOD said get thee away from home and go where I will show you.
Be strong and very courageous
